The Sheraton went beyond my wildest dreams. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful to all my wedding guests & the morning after when I had to gather my decorations and leftover cake. Cathy Dixon, the coordinator is spectacular! Always on the ball with communicating, very professional, helpful with vendors, etc. The food was also amazing! All of our guest kept gushing over how great it was! I would highly recommend getting married there!

The Sheraton was perfect for our wedding day! It was so nice to host everything all in one place – rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and hotel rooms. My two-story bridal suite was amazing and provided us with ample room for me and the ladies to get ready (5 bridesmaids, 2 moms, myself, 1 makeup artist, and 2 hairstylists). The venue itself was very nice, clean, and adapted well to my decor style. Cathy, the wedding specialist, was extremely helpful. She was super organized and answered my million questions. She helped me feel reassured that all the small details were take care of and helped put everything into place throughout the entire wedding planning process.

1000/10 recommend Sheraton Suites Cuyahoga Falls. Cathy, the wedding coordinator, is TOP NOTCH. She is extremely thorough and communicative. She genuinely enjoys her job, and it shows, because she is simply amazing to work with! The venue itself is STUNNING. Cocktail hour over looking the Cuyahoga River is so beautiful. The food is delicious; all our guest were commenting how good everything was. You can’t find a better venue or personnel to work with on your wedding day.

Dear Cathy and the staff that worked in the room where my birthday party was held. Upon arrival, I believe his name was John, answered questions, gave us directions and assisted us with a few more things we needed. The waitress did a beautiful job on setting up the tables and keeping the refreshment table filled. Upon leaving, we had a waiter and waitress that aided us in our cleanup, making sure that we left nothing undone or left behind .Saving the best for last, Cathy your were very patient with me on my first day and subsequent follow up. Thank you! To the chef, the people could not get enough compliments to me to relay to him. Thanks to all that were there to make my special day be comfortable for my guests.

We were very fortunate to have had our wedding ceremony and reception on July 20th. Not only is the venue itself beautiful and romantic, but the river views for cocktail hour are to die for. Cathy Dixon, the coordinator, is worth every penny alone. She was professional and helpful and it’s clear she has a passion for what she does. Michelle, our day of coordinator, was absolutely lovely as well. Both ladies ensure everything ran smoothly and took all of the hard work off our shoulder. Plus-the FOOD WAS AMAZING. I’m still hearing from guests about how delicious it was. (late night pizza and snacks were a huge hit-we highly recommend opting for them!)
I would recommend this venue to any newly engaged couple looking for a beautiful and unique experience for their wedding day.
